With Amadeus Negotiated Space, you can define blocked space and assign it to preferred travel agents whilst retaining full synchronisation with your inventory system.
Seats sold from blocked space are reported to you as individual or group PNRs. Amadeus Negotiated Space is an essential feature for an airline’s distribution to cruise lines, tour operators and other consolidators.
How does it work?

you create, maintain and update group allotments directly in our system or authorise selected travel agents to do so

simple pre-formatted update panels help you create allotments, define travel agents, define time frames to sell blocked space, number of seats and other parameters

travel agents access allotments through standard availability or specific allotment displays and they request seats and price itineraries using our standard entries

sales can be reported to you with a confirmed action code upon PNR completion or interactively

allotments can be married with ‘free sale’ flights

allotments and ‘free space’ bookings are integrated in the same PNR to facilitate pricing and ticketing, handling of schedule changes, etc
