• paper surcharges and electronic ticket restrictions coded in ATPCO fare rules (Category 15 and 12) are supported
• travel agents access your e-ticket database to display, cancel, refund, exchange or revalidate e-ticket records; they can issue agent and audit coupons, credit card charge forms and itinerary receipts
• flights eligible for e-ticketing are clearly marked within our displays
• negotiated fare and net remit e-ticketing is available
