How does it work?

you create and maintain rules for your meal validation process directly in our system using your own carrier-specific meal validation table (alternatively have your display rules maintained by us)

rules can be defined based on various parameters including the type of meal, flight number, cabin information, city pair, alliance/airline frequent flyer tier number, elapse time between flight date and meal request and others

upon meal request by the travel agent, our system automatically confirms or rejects the request based on your rules; alternatively, specific requests can be routed directly to your system for validation
