Amadeus Image PNR provides you with a complete picture of the Passenger Name Record (PNR) created by a travel agent over and above the standard information provided in a PNR wrap-up message as defined by IATA. Lets you reconcile all previous interactive sell entries (including cancellations) made in our system with the corresponding segments in your own inventory and so provides effective support to your PNR integrity processes.

How does it work?

• message is forwarded to you at end of transaction whenever a PNR is created or modified by a travel agent
• message can contain the following in addition to the basic data defined by IATA:
  - all air segments
  - any auxiliary segments
  - any newly-created SSR and OSI messages
• information is provided to you via standard teletype or EDIFACT messages
