Store your customer data in our system and make it available for travel agents to easily and efficiently create PNRs for frequent flyers whilst preventing errors and data misuse. Furthermore, track frequent flyer PNRs and/or identify frequent flyer requests in real-time so that a distinctive level of customer service can be provided.

How does it work?

• customer data can be forwarded to us via regular file transfers (CD-ROM, electronic transmission, etc)                         
• our system automatically verifies it  against the profile stored and creates a validated frequent flyer SSR element and a name element in the PNR
• frequent flyer information (tier and priority level) can be provided to you at interactive seat map or seat reservation time (if used with Amadeus Interactive Seat Map and Advanced Seat Reservation)
• you can then store your frequent flyer agreements in Amadeus, automatically sending frequent flyer information to your partners
