We manage your ticketing database and enable the distribution of both paper and electronic tickets to your sales and reservation offices, Departure Control Systems, other GDSs or your interline partners.
How does it work?
The Amadeus Ticketing Platform manages your paper and electronic tickets, including storage, ticket issuance validation, eligibility and security checks. It also provides you with extensive print and report functionality related to the ticket issuance. Your reservation agents can view ticket records once the ticket has been issued. Support functions such as individual and list displays are included, along with a range of productivity options to enhance search criteria.
Paper and electronic ticket follow-up, including cancellations, exchanges, refunds and revalidations can be carried out, and you can also trace full electronic ticket histories. Airport control features deliver working copies of electronic ticket records to your Departure Control System. Electronic coupons are automatically updated in the Amadeus Electronic Ticket Server according to status messages received from your Departure Control System.
