Amadeus Interactive Seat Map: Provides travel agents with real-time seat map information on your flights.

How does it work?

• two formats are supported for transmission of your seat map information to us, via EDIFACT or IATA structured data messages
• depending on the format, travel agents view seat maps through a standard seat map layout (with an aircraft positioned from right to left, standard seat description, seat row numbers shown at the top or bottom); alternatively through a vertical seat map layout

Amadeus Advanced Seat Reservation: Provides travel agents with the ability to request specific seats on your flights in real-time and receive an instant acknowledgment from your system.

How does it work?

• advanced seat requests are transmitted to you via SSR messages and can contain specific seat numbers or a generic seat preference
• you have an option to confirm or reject each seat request in real-time
