How does it work?

ticket information is transmitted to you upon automatic ticket issuance or manual insertion of a ticket number into the PNR by travel agents
ticket information is provided for both paper and electronic tickets; for individual or group PNRs, or both
information is transmitted to you in your preferred format: SSR or OSI
