Amadeus Passive Segment Notification

A fast way to keep track of passive segment bookings

Have the option to be notified each time a travel agent inserts a passive segment containing its flights into an Amadeus PNR, helping you identify how, and from whom, the customer has obtained servicing of his travel requirements.

How does it work?

• you define the type of passive segment codes you wish to receive, including
• passive segments are reported via teletype messages with an appropriate segment code (PK/PL/PX/PU)
• process passive segments to meet your internal requirements, eg. match them with the original PNR in your system, process them manually, etc
