A problem management tool and an effective platform for communication with the Amadeus support infrastructure worldwide, the Amadeus Service Management Centre (SMC). This is a web-based application that allows you to report problems to the SMC via Problem Tracking Records (PTRs) and/or use Work Orders (WOs) to submit requests for data maintenance, questions and queries.

once all mandatory fields are completed, a record is automatically created and assigned to the SMC for action and a number given to you for reference
