This faring solution covers all an airline's needs. It incorporates a full, flexible calendar, displays the cheapest fares for each flight, and supports all types of domestic and international fares.

  • The extended date range calendar displays up to +/- 15 days in one-way combinable mode
  • The up-sell panel operates in real time, for increasing yield
  • Flex Pricer incorporates the management of special offers
  • It supports domestic or international fare routes and multiple carriers (up to 3 per route, including code share, alliances, subsidiaries, and interlining)
  • It handles multiple passengers and passenger types (by age bracket)

Fare Families

With Fare Families, Amadeus has simplified and rationalised the thousands of fares available to online customers. Fares with a similar set of conditions –such as the option to change or cancel a reservation– are grouped into one family. A Fare Family that's differentiated according to a specific geographic market is called a Commercial Fare Family.

Features relevant to Fare Families

Fare Families can be defined by sets of fare criteria such as:

  • Publishing carrier
  • Fare type code
  • Passenger type code
  • Inclusion or exclusion of a (or several) fare basis

Display of Fare Families is flexible:

  • Airlines can display up to 6 Fare Families
  • Allows airline-specific branding of Fare Families by market (e.g. Super Saver, Comfort)
