Deployment is made easy so agents can immediately start selling no matter where they work, whether at airline outlets, telework from home or outsourced call centres. All they need is their ARD Web URL, login and password.

ARD Web is used by airlines worldwide including Garuda Indonesia and SriLankan Airlines.

If you do not require a graphical interface, Amadeus also offers a second solution, Altéa Reservation Desktop Essential. ARD Essential leverages the technical benefits of ARD Web with its light-weight and simplified deployment, but suits expert users relying on cryptic entries within a familiar Altéa interface.
