Amadeus Sales Watcher provides real time monitoring of agency ticketing to ensure that as soon as suspicious levels of activity are detected, the airline’s exposure to potential fraud is immediately limited.

Through full integration with Amadeus e-Ticket Server, Amadeus Sales Watcher monitors the number of tickets issued by individual agencies, as well as the total value, in real time.

Using sales thresholds and limits set with flexible airline controlled business rules, Amadeus Sales Watcher will notify when an agency is approaching its alert threshold, and eventually prohibit further ticketing when the sales limit has been reached.
